About ToGether Time

A warm and safe handoff — every time, for every family.

ToGether Time, LLC is a private, pay-and-reserve environment where parents and children reunite and rebuild relationships under professional supervision. Sa'Nae Ellis-Wiley started the company after years on the other side of the door — and shaped every part of the visit, from the contact-free handoff to the trauma-informed room, around the moment a child looks up across the table.

The founding story

Built for the families behind the paperwork — for the moment a child looks up across the table.

Sa’Nae started ToGether Time after years on the other side of the door — as the monitor who watched the wrong things get noticed, and as the parent who learned what a calm room can do for a child who has been waiting all week for this single hour.

The design is deliberate. Each parent uses a separate entrance. The monitor stays with the child the entire visit, facilitating the handoff and observing quietly when needed. The custodial parent does not interact directly with the monitor during the visit — so the child gets the visit and both parents keep clear boundaries. Every monitor on the team meets a Rule 301-type compliance standard, holds a trauma-informed posture from intake to written summary, and writes neutral, third-party documentation that drops into a county or DCFS record without rework.

The promise is small and specific: a warm and safe handoff, every time, for every family — and a room that belongs to the child, not to the system that scheduled it.

Monitor credentials

The standards every visit is built on.

Supervisors, attorneys, and caseworkers all read the same three commitments on every monitor’s credential file. The room only works because the people in it already do.

On every visit

Rule 301-type compliance

Every monitor is background-checked, credentialed, and held to the same court-facing standard — a Rule 301-type compliance posture that keeps visit summaries admissible in California, Arizona, and Massachusetts files today and portable to additional states on request.

The way we show up

Trauma-informed care posture

Calmer rooms, quieter language, and a monitor who understands the difference between supervision and surveillance. The TGT Family Reunification standard is trauma-informed from intake to written summary, so the visit belongs to the child first.

Written for the case file

Neutral third-party documentation

Visit summaries are factual, neutral, and structured to drop into a county or DCFS record without rework. Attorneys and caseworkers receive the same documentation the monitor writes, in the order they already expect.

ToGether Time complements free county-contracted visitation programs — Los Angeles, Florida, Illinois, Georgia, and beyond — by offering the alternative families need: flexible hours, a trauma-informed room, and a private setting outside existing provider networks.
