Every visit is structured as a contact-free, warm handoff in a safe, stress-free environment. The monitor facilitates the handoff of the child to the non-custodial parent — the custodial parent does not interact directly with the monitor during the visit.

What a visit feels like
Every ToGether Time visit is structured as a warm and safe handoffin a private, calm space. The monitor is with the child the whole time. The custodial parent does not sit across from the monitor — that's the design.
The room is soft, quiet, and stocked with a small library of age-appropriate activities. Children arrive curious, not tense.
The monitor is present but speaks only when needed. The visit belongs to the parent and the child — for the full block they reserved.

How a booking works
The same flow that powers the slot-picker, distilled into four cards so a first-time visitor can read it without clicking through.
Use the slot-picker to choose a date, time, and duration. Weekend and weekday-evening slots stay open — choose what fits the family.
We email a confirmation with the address, monitor credentials, and what to bring. No charge today — pay on the day of service. The reservation is held by your slot pick alone.
A short intake form — court orders, contact information, and any safety considerations — arrives the same day. Every case is reviewed by a credentialed monitor before the visit is confirmed.
On the day of the visit, payment is settled online or in person— whichever is easier. Hourly and per-visit packages are quoted in advance on the pricing page; no surprise charges.
Programs
Self-referred families who want a neutral, trauma-informed setting — weekday, evening, or weekend. Many are navigating post-pandemic court backlogs or living outside existing provider networks and need something calmer than a county office.
Send client details and a copy of the order. We confirm monitor credentials, set the schedule, and return documentation aligned with the court’s expectations — California, Arizona, Massachusetts, and additional states on request.
ToGether Time complements free county-contracted visitation programs — Los Angeles, Florida, Illinois, Georgia, and beyond — by offering the alternative families need: flexible hours, a calmer room, or a private setting outside existing provider networks.
